Prologue to Čapek's (Čapeks') project at the DHNP.

At a time when the slogan of the day was "Amusing Ourselves to Death", when all around we look with cynicism and dance ephemeral dances, the Divadlo Husa thought up a grotesque allegory of human banality for the Čapek brothers and their glorious play The Insect. Item can expect the laughter of clowns and the crack of a whip, a kid on a trampoline and other various equilibristic, eccentric, extravagant items, and also extracts of many other exoticisms. At the end there is then the normal enjoyment of life despite all the awkwardness. Perhaps.
