Guerilla Records was founded in 2001 as a crazy project to preserve the footsteps of the Czech underground for future generations. A meeting of friends of the velvet underground with bands Kabaret Dr. Caligariho, DG 307, Umělá hmota, BBP and Burgtheater, Mikoláš Chadima Trio, DekadentFabrik and Krch-Off band under the guidance of decadent poet J. H. Krchovský and Půlnoc.
