guests: Lenka Dusilová, David Dorůžka, Kvintesence Quartet and Tara Fuki
Vertigo celebrates its 15th anniversary. They were four: pianist Vojtěch Procházka, saxophonist Marcel Bárta, bass player Rastislav Uhrík and drummer Daniel Šoltis, later joined by trumpet player Oskar Török and singer cellist Dorota Barová. They aimed to find their own musical language with its source in jazz. They released six albums, won three awards and four nominations. They have played dozens of concerts on Czech and foreign stages. Their work is characterized by sophisticated compositions and total improvisation. The songs on the last album "NONONONONINININI" create a more peculiar impression, but have not lost any of their sophistication and originality. Thanks to their unceasing enthusiasm and unmistakable musical qualities, Vertigo has become a stalwart of the European music scene. The concert features singer Lenka Dusilová, guitarist David Dorůžka, the Kvintesence Quartet and the Tara Fuki duo, with whom Vertigo has worked in the past.
